What kind of photo works best?+
A clear, well-lit photo taken near eye level works beautifully. Make sure the ears aren’t cropped. Phone photos are absolutely fine.
Can I include more than one pet?+
Yes. A second pet can be added for $10. For three or more pets, contact us so we can make sure everyone fits comfortably.
Do I approve the design first?+
Always. We email a digital proof within 1–2 business days. One revision is included, and we only print after approval.
How long does delivery take?+
Allow 1–2 business days for artwork, then approximately 3–7 business days for printing and Australian delivery after approval.
What if my mug arrives damaged?+
Send us a photo of the damage and packaging within seven days. We’ll arrange a replacement in line with your Australian Consumer Law rights.
