Shipping and delivery

Personalised mugs take a little longer than something pulled from a warehouse shelf because artwork is prepared and approved first.

Expected timeframe

Allow 1–2 business days for artwork preparation. After you approve the digital proof, allow approximately 3–7 business days for printing and Australian delivery.

Total guide: approximately 4–9 business days

Timing starts once we have a usable photo and can vary around public holidays, peak gifting periods and remote delivery locations.

Artwork approval matters

Printing does not begin until you approve the proof. A delayed response to the proof email will move the production and delivery date.

Shipping offer

Shipping is free Australia-wide when two or more mugs are purchased in the same order. Any applicable delivery charge for a single mug will be shown before payment once checkout is enabled.

Tracking and address problems

When tracking is available it will be sent to the email used for the order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after production or dispatch.
