The online mug builder is an approximate visual preview. Screen colour, cropping and scale may vary from the production artwork. The emailed artwork proof is the version you must review before printing.
Your photos and instructions
You must have permission to use any photo, name, text or other material you submit. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content. You grant Pet All Time permission to use submitted material as reasonably necessary to prepare, proof, produce and support your order.
Proofs and approval
One artwork revision is included unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, portrait details and layout. Approval authorises production of the personalised item.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Available payment methods, delivery charges and the final total will be shown at checkout once payment functionality is activated. An order is accepted only when confirmed.
Production and delivery
Timeframes are estimates and can be affected by proof approval, photo suitability, peak periods, carrier delays and events outside reasonable control. See the shipping page for current guidance.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Personalised items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns after approval or production. Faulty or damaged products are handled under the returns policy and Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website availability
The website may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn for maintenance or improvement. Reasonable care is taken with content, but obvious errors may be corrected.
